Full description of the position

Design Consultant Duties: - Meet with clients to discuss their customized window treatment design needs and preferences - Provide expert advice and guidance on design concepts, materials, and color schemes - Create layout designs using CRM tool - Touchpoint (training available) - Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback - Collaborate with sales team to upsell additional products or services - Maintain knowledge of current market trends and design styles - Ensure accurate and timely completion of all design projects - Organize and maintain design samples and materials. - A Close the sale and collect payment for the sale.
