Position Overview: We are in search of a motivated and self-directed Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is articulate and comfortable engaging customers over the phone, driven to exceed goals and expectations. As a key player in our sales team, the Sales Development Representative plays a vital role in the overall success of our organization. This role involves servicing inbound sales inquiries and proactively seeking new, qualified opportunities. It is a salesperson-in-training position, offering a clear career growth path for those dedicated to learning and excelling in their role. Key Responsibilities: * Develop comprehensive knowledge of specific departments and their related procedures/products. * Familiarize yourself with TZ Medical products and effectively present and communicate their features and benefits. * Conduct 40-50 outbound calls daily, focusing on prospecting, qualifying, presenting, offering evaluation products, and scheduling appointments. * Demonstrate effective follow-up techniques to advance the sales process. * Collaborate with the outside sales team daily to schedule appointments and identify new opportunities. * Regularly follow up with current customers, offering additional servicing as needed. Minimum Requirements: * A bachelor's degree from a 4-year college. * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. * Prior competitive sales experience. * Must be available to start work by 6 AM or earlier, covering the Northeast/Southeast/North Central regions. Location: Portland, Oregon (with potential relocation to an outside territory after 16-18 months) All team members work in our Tualatin office (no work from home opportunities).
