At Robinson's Development Group we are seeking motivated and a results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic retail sales team. Looking for people who want to gain Skillsets for better Personal and Professional habits and/or careers!

Responsibilities

(all responsibilities will be taught. past experience not required)

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations in-store to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products. Skills (all skills are taught and not required)
• Proven experience in a Retail environment. (Not required)
• Strong understanding of customer service and sales management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in using software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Strong problem-solving skills with customer approach.

Compensation

: $45,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
