At Robinson's Development Group we are seeking motivated and a results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic retail sales team. Looking for people who want to gain Skillsets for better Personal and Professional habits and/or careers! Responsibilities (all responsibilities will be taught. past experience not required) * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations in-store to potential customers. * Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to client needs. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products. Skills (all skills are taught and not required) * Proven experience in a Retail environment. (Not required) * Strong understanding of customer service and sales management principles and practices. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. * Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail. * Proficient in using software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM). * Strong problem-solving skills with customer approach. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
