Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments through various outreach methods, including door-to-door canvassing/appointment setting, and community engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties * Conduct outreach efforts through door-to-door canvassing/appointment setting, to generate leads and set appointments. * Engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner to promote our services. * Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into scheduled appointments. * Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients and follow up as necessary. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing lead generation. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the appointment-setting process. * Supervise and train new team members as needed to ensure consistency in outreach efforts. Qualifications * Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred. * Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a team environment. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clientele. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various audiences. * Experience in canvassing or door-to-door sales is advantageous. * Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and fundraising initiatives is desirable. * Excellent negotiation skills to effectively persuade potential clients.
