Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments through various outreach methods, including door-to-door canvassing/appointment setting, and community engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

• Conduct outreach efforts through door-to-door canvassing/appointment setting, to generate leads and set appointments.
• Engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner to promote our services.
• Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into scheduled appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients and follow up as necessary.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing lead generation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the appointment-setting process.
• Supervise and train new team members as needed to ensure consistency in outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a team environment.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clientele.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various audiences.
• Experience in canvassing or door-to-door sales is advantageous.
• Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and fundraising initiatives is desirable.
