MJM Global is hiring! We are looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our commercial division as an insurance sales producer, providing insurance solutions in a marketplace that is constantly evolving. The ideal candidate will prospect for new clients, sell additional coverage to existing clients, and retain existing accounts to achieve production goals. The position would include managing sales results, maintaining strong relationships with key client and prospect stakeholders, identify prospective clients and work to develop and close new client relationships. Responsibilities * Prospect, build, and manage pipeline of prospective customers via telephone, networking and other lead sources * Daily work with multiple insurance carriers and underwriters * Develop full submissions for insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales * Respond to client questions regarding coverage and pricing * Identify, compile and manage information regarding account renewal * Maintain knowledge of new products and stay up to date on industry market trends Qualifications * 3+ years property & casualty insurance sales experience * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Possess effective time management and organizational skills * A consultative, positive, and resourceful approach to dealing with prospects, clients, and associates * Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs * Active property & casualty insurance license * MJM can offer a competitive salary/commission plan, simple IRA, health, dental and vision benefits, hybrid remote working.
