About Us: Costex Tractor Parts is a leading global supplier of high-quality aftermarket parts for Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment. With a strong reputation built on quality, reliability, and customer service, we are seeking a dynamic USA Sales Territory Manager to lead and expand our presence across the U.S. market. Position Summary: We are looking for a highly strategic, field-oriented sales leader to drive national growth through effective territory development and team leadership. This is a high-impact role focused on building and managing a comprehensive U.S. sales strategy from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: * Segment the U.S. market by regions (e.g., Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, Northeast, West Coast) and evaluate revenue potential using real market data, including machine population, industry verticals, and competitive share * Design and manage a nationwide field sales team or independent rep network aligned to territory potential and demand * Collaborate closely with Marketing to tailor messaging per region and support targeted growth campaigns, especially in preparation for major industry events like ConExpo * Build and implement a comprehensive U.S. sales growth strategy within the first 90 days Key Qualifications: * Proven background in field sales with experience building and managing sales territories from the ground up * Strategic thinker with a data-driven, analytical approach to territory management and revenue forecasting * Strong leadership capabilities with experience in coaching, hiring, and retaining outside sales representatives or rep agencies * Industry knowledge in construction equipment or heavy machinery parts is highly desirable * Self-starter with excellent communication, organizational, and execution skills Why Join Costex?
