Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Flooring Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in flooring sales and a passion for helping customers select the right flooring solutions for their homes or commercial spaces. This role requires product knowledge, consultative sales skills, and the ability to manage projects from initial inquiry through final sale. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers in selecting flooring products including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet, and specialty flooring * Provide expert advice on product features, pricing, installation options, and maintenance * Generate and follow up on leads, quotes, and sales opportunities * Prepare accurate estimates, measurements, and sales contracts * Coordinate with installers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution * Maintain showroom displays and stay up to date on new products and industry trends * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals * Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale Required Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in flooring sales (retail or commercial) * Strong knowledge of flooring materials, brands, and installation processes * Proven ability to close sales and build long-term customer relationships * Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills * Comfortable using POS systems, CRM software, and estimating tools What We Offer * Competitive compensation with commission potential * Supportive team environment * Opportunities for growth and advancement * Employee discounts and product training * Stable, well-established company Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * Paid time off * Retirement plan Work Location: In person
