Position Overview: As a valued member of our training team, you'll begin as a Coach on Duty - a strategic onboarding role designed to immerse you in our culture while establishing your presence within the club. This foundation prepares you to build a successful personal training business while delivering the exceptional service that defines the Powerhouse experience. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct Personal Training assessments to understand the needs of the customer and tailor a customized program to fit those needs * Develop comprehensive, science-backed training programs tailored to individual member goals * Provide attentive floor coaching through expert guidance and motivational support * Conduct professional consultations and assessments to drive training package sales * Maintain meticulous tracking of client progress with regular evaluations Our Ideal Candidate Possesses: * Current nationally-accredited Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, or equivalent) * Must be well-versed in the personal training sales process * Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and deliver customized solutions * Exceptional interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach * Business acumen to develop and maintain a thriving training clientele * Commitment to professional growth within the fitness industry Why Powerhouse?
