Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Landscape / Lawn Maintenance Operations and Sales Manager to join our landscaping team. Responsibilities * Responsible to manage crews and resources * Inspect jobs and interact with clients * Maintain and grow existing accounts * Sell and create new potential clients Qualifications * Experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care and hardscape * Excellent communication and customer service skills for sales interactions * Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously * A valid driver's license * This job requires strong leadership, vision and expertise to ensure quality and profitability of all projects This role is ideal for a dedicated professional passionate about landscaping who is eager to lead a team while growing our business through exceptional service delivery.
