Position Title: Client Relationship Manager (CRM) We currently have 1 open CRM positions, with Property Care (servicing commercial accounts). Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: - Act as the main point of contact for the client. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their landscape preferences, communication needs, and addressing any concerns. - Conduct regular property inspections to assess landscape health and identify maintenance needs. - Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on ongoing maintenance and sold projects. 2. Proposal Generation: - Work closely with clients to understand their landscape maintenance and enhancement needs and goals. - Develop detailed and accurate proposals for landscape maintenance and enhancement projects, including cost estimates and project timelines. Ensure company gross margins are met in every proposal. - Present proposals to clients and address any questions or modifications to ensure client satisfaction. 3. Contract Execution: - Facilitate contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms align with company policies and standards. - Execute contracts for sold landscape maintenance contracts and enhancement projects, clearly outlining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless project implementation. 4. Documentation and Reporting: - Create detailed work orders for all sold maintenance and enhancement projects to hand off to production/operations. - Maintain accurate records of landscape maintenance and enhancement activities, expenses, and project timelines. - Generate regular reports for clients, summarizing maintenance and project activities, upcoming work, and budgetary information. Qualifications: - Proven experience in residential landscape maintenance, proposal generation, and contract execution. - Strong organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Familiarity with landscape management software and proposal tools is a plus.
