Insurance Sales - Homeowners and Commercial Lines Sebanda Insurance, Hialeah, FL 33015 Full-time | In-person | $600 - $900/week + Commission & Bonuses We are looking to hire an experienced, bilingual Insurance Sales Agent with a background in Homeowners and/or Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance. What We Offer: * Base Pay : $600 - $900/week * Commission + Bonuses * Paid weekly * Career growth opportunities * Supportive, professional team environment Responsibilities: * Provide quotes and insurance proposals tailored to Homeowners and/or Commercial clients * Close sales and meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets * Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, renewals, and endorsements * Build strong relationships with clients to promote retention and satisfaction * Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products Requirements: * 2+ years of insurance experience (sales preferred) * Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required) * Active 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license * Experience in Homeowners and/or Commercial insurance preferred * Strong sales and customer service skills * Ability to work in-person Monday to Friday in Hialeah, FL Preferred Experience: * Insurance Sales: 1 year * Commercial Lines: 1 year * Customer Service: 1 year * Direct Sales: 1 year Work Location: In person (Hialeah, FL 33015) Must be able to reliably commute.
