Position Summary: The Sales Professional is responsible for selling hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, swim spas, accessories, water care products, and related services through multiple channels, including in-store, customer homes, phone, email, text, virtual platforms, and offsite events. This role involves direct customer interaction, consistent follow-up, and a focus on achieving company sales and revenue targets. The position also includes daily operational responsibilities such as opening/closing procedures, showroom upkeep, and inventory management. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: * Sell hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, swim spas, accessories, and water care products in the showroom and through virtual platforms. * Engage in virtual and in-person sales consultations and presentations. * Follow-up on internet, phone, and text leads promptly and professionally. * Manage and maintain the customer lead database. * Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing effective and knowledgeable solutions. * Perform opening and closing duties for the showroom. * Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and process cashier transactions. * Complete daily paperwork and prepare end-of-day deposits. * Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready showroom environment. * Perform routine water care maintenance on showroom hot tubs, cold plunges, and swim spas. * Stock merchandise and manage inventory levels; order supplies as necessary. * Participate in ongoing training to build product knowledge and enhance sales performance. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Education & Experience: * High school diploma or GED required. * 2-4 years of relevant retail or specialty sales experience preferred. * Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Certificates & Licenses: * Valid driver's license required.
