Braman Miami is actively looking to add a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to our growing team! As a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our pre-owned vehicle department. Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: * Lead, mentor, and motivate the used car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Source, acquire, and manage the dealership's pre-owned vehicle inventory. Determine pricing strategies and oversee merchandising efforts. * Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service throughout the purchasing process. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue, expand market share, and capitalize on emerging trends in the used car market. * Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators, and implement data-driven decisions to optimize sales and profitability. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the used car industry, demonstrating a track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. * In-depth knowledge of pre-owned vehicle market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to success. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Must * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
