Inside Sales - Truax Builders Supply Truax Builders Supply has been supplying windows, doors, skylites, and related items in Southeast Portland, Oregon for over seventy years. We cater to contractors, building management companies, and homeowners. We have an exemplary reputation for quality products and great customer service. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative - with experience selling windows and doors. He or she will generate sales through superior customer service, product knowledge, and accurate quotations. Good communications skills are a must, both with the customers and with fellow workers. Responsibilities Include: Handle incoming customer phone calls, e-mails, and walk-ins promptly and courtesy. This includes answering customer product questions and concerns in a friendly courteous manner. Must be a self starter who will work to develop relationships with new and existing customers and learn about the products Truax sells. Truax does not use any pressure sales tactics and always seeks to satisfy each customer's needs. We are seeking someone with a background selling windows and doors with a friendly personality and a desire to help others. Applicant should have good basic math skills.
