Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing expert insurance advice, developing new client relationships, and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a customer- focused approach to help clients find the best coverage options tailored to their needs. Bilingual abilities and experience in outside sales or retail sales are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse customer bases. Responsibilities * Engage in outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand market presence * Conduct insurance consultations, explaining policy options and coverage details clearly * Negotiate terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements * Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records * Develop marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction * Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards during client interactions * Assist with benefits administration for clients, ensuring they understand available options and updates * Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions * Engage in telemarketing efforts as part of outreach initiatives, adhering to relevant regulations Experience * Proven experience in insurance sales or related retail sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Strong communication skills, including the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse clientele * Experience in sales administration, marketing, or benefits management is advantageous * Familiarity with analysis tools for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions * Prior exposure to outside sales environments or telemarketing campaigns is beneficial * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensures compliance when handling sensitive information This position offers an engaging opportunity for motivated individuals to grow their careers within the insurance industry while delivering valuable services to clients.
