[please apply online] We are looking for a Showroom Design & Sales Team Assistant to assist our lead sales individual and the rest of our Dealer sales/ project coordinating team with daily tasks. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, with the right candidate being available to start immediately. Responsibilities: * General upkeep of showroom (organizing & maintaining samples, keeping fridge stocked) * Fedexing packages/samples * Measuring job sites * Generating invoices * Pricings * Tracking collections * Organizing and booking travel for installers * Calendar invites / organization of team calendar * Placing sample orders * Note taking in meetings * Taking videos/photos at active jobsites for marketing content Requirements: An individual who is: * Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Tech-savvy * Resourceful * Motivated * Apt in problem-solving * Highly detail-oriented * Skilled in written and verbal communication - English.
