[please apply online] We are looking for a Showroom Design & Sales Team Assistant to assist our lead sales individual and the rest of our Dealer sales/ project coordinating team with daily tasks. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, with the right candidate being available to start immediately. What We Offer:

Responsibilities

:

• General upkeep of showroom (organizing & maintaining samples, keeping fridge stocked)
• Fedexing packages/samples
• Measuring job sites
• Generating invoices
• Pricings
• Tracking collections
• Organizing and booking travel for installers
• Calendar invites / organization of team calendar
• Placing sample orders
• Note taking in meetings
• Taking videos/photos at active jobsites for marketing content

Requirements

• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy
• Resourceful
• Motivated
• Apt in problem-solving
• Highly detail-oriented
• Skilled in written and verbal communication - English. Proficiency in:
• Microsoft Excel
• Google Docs
• Basic math
• Customer service experience an asset
• Design or sales background an asset
