Sales Director Location: Miami, FL Must Haves * 10+ years of B2B field sales experience , with a strong record of closing enterprise-level deals * Background in the corporate travel or travel technology industry strongly preferred * Proven success managing long, consultative sales cycles * Hunter mentality -- self-motivated, driven, and results-focused * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills About the Role We're seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead new business growth for a leading provider of corporate travel and technology solutions. This is a high-impact, pure hunter role focused on driving new enterprise partnerships and expanding our market presence across the U.S. You'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic mid- market and enterprise accounts, delivering tailored solutions that meet complex travel and expense management needs. What You 'll Do * Prospect, pitch, and secure new corporate travel accounts through disciplined outbound outreach. * Conduct consultative sales presentations that align client needs with customized travel and tech solutions. * Manage the full sales cycle -- from lead generation to negotiation and close. * Develop detailed proposals and pricing strategies for complex enterprise opportunities. * Track performance, pipeline, and forecasts in the company CRM with precision. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction. What You Bring * Minimum of 10 years in enterprise B2B sales , ideally within travel, SaaS, or tech-enabled services. * Proven success in closing seven-figure deals and managing extended sales cycles. * Strong understanding of travel booking platforms and expense management systems. * High energy, goal-oriented personality with a consultative and professional approach. * Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
