About the Role We're hiring a friendly, reactive, and persuasive Sales Representative to handle incoming requests and turn them into Private Events and Corporate Events. If you love talking to people, finding solutions, and closing deals, this role is perfect for you. What You 'll Do * Reply quickly and warmly to all customer emails. * Call leads to understand their needs and convert them into Private Events (birthdays, bachelorettes, date nights). * Hold sales calls with companies to pitch and sell our Corporate Events. * Adapt your tone and pitch easily depending on who you're talking to (parents, HR teams, executives). * Proactively bring ideas and propose the best event formats. * Manage your pipeline, follow up fast, and close deals with confidence. * Work closely with the team to plan and confirm event details. You Are * Super comfortable talking on the phone. * Very reactive over email, you love replying fast. * Persuasive, confident, and great at connecting with people. * Adaptable and able to switch between casual and professional conversations. * Creative, solution-oriented, and resourceful. * Energetic, positive, and fun to work with.
