We're seeking a Regional Sales Director - Home Care to drive business development and community engagement across our Miami territory--from Aventura to Miami Beach. The Regional Sales Director - Home Care position is a full-time leadership opportunity with a competitive salary, bonus potential, medical benefits, PTO, 401(k), and more. Competitive salary starting between $100K-$115K plus a lucrative bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities
of the Regional Sales Director - Home Care
- Lead a small team to execute sales and marketing initiatives to grow Right at Home's visibility and referral partnerships throughout Miami-Dade County.
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to increase care hours, expand market share, and strengthen referral pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, and community partners.
- Consistently plan and execute weekly outreach activities, track performance metrics, and manage follow-up using our CRM system.
- Represent Right at Home with professionalism and compassion, ensuring our brand reflects integrity, reliability, and client-centered care.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and ongoing satisfaction among referral sources.
Qualifications
for the Regional Sales Director - Home Care
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare-related sales experience, ideally in home care, home health, or hospice.
- Proven success in increasing market share and achieving measurable sales results.
- Established network and relationships with potential referral sources across the Miami Beach and Aventura areas.
- Strong consultative selling skills and emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently, manage a dynamic schedule, and travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
