The Role: We're looking for a hungry, high-output SDR/BDR to generate qualified opportunities for our sales closers. Your mission is simple:Start conversations. Create urgency. What You 'll Be Doing: * Prospecting business owners and decision-makers via phone, email, and social * Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for senior closers * Following up relentlessly and professionally * Managing leads * Hitting daily activity targets and monthly meeting quotas This role is for someone who: * Is comfortable on the phone and not afraid of rejection * Has a strong work ethic and competitive mindset * Wants to build a long-term career in sales * Is coachable and hungry to improve * Thrives in fast-paced, performance-based environments Requirements * 1+ years of sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound experience in SAAS/ AI * Strong communication skills (clear, confident, persuasive) * Ability to learn quickly and handle objections * Consistent, disciplined work habits * Experience with cold calling, CRM tools, or outbound prospecting is a plus (but not required) Compensation * Base salary + performance-based bonuses or commissions per meeting booked * Hybrid and Remote-friendly opportunity after 90 days.
