The Role: We're looking for a hungry, high-output SDR/BDR to generate qualified opportunities for our sales closers. Your mission is simple:Start conversations. Create urgency. Book qualified meetings. Close Deals If you're competitive, resilient, and want to be rewarded for effort and results--this role is for you. What You 'll Be Doing:

• Prospecting business owners and decision-makers via phone, email, and social
• Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for senior closers
• Following up relentlessly and professionally
• Managing leads
• Hitting daily activity targets and monthly meeting quotas This role is for someone who:
• Is comfortable on the phone and not afraid of rejection
• Has a strong work ethic and competitive mindset

• Is coachable and hungry to improve
• Thrives in fast-paced, performance-based environments

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound experience in SAAS/ AI
• Strong communication skills (clear, confident, persuasive)
• Ability to learn quickly and handle objections
• Consistent, disciplined work habits
• Experience with cold calling, CRM tools, or outbound prospecting is a plus (but not required)

Compensation

• Base salary + performance-based bonuses or commissions per meeting booked
