Director of Sales (Senior Living AL / MC) $95,000 - $100,000 + Commission + Excellent Benefits San Jose, CA $135,000 + On Target Earnings * Lease Up Community Compass Associates are excited to partner with a highly reputable senior living provider to appoint an experienced Director of Sales for a luxury assisted living and memory care community, located locally to San Jose, CA. This fantastic upscale 150+ unit community is looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive occupancy and revenue, ensuring that every resident finds a home that best suits their needs. As the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in establishing the community's presence and success in the local market. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing creative marketing strategies to generate interest, managing sales efforts to achieve maximum occupancy, and fostering relationships with prospective residents and their families. About the Company: Our client is a well-established, medium-sized senior living provider with an excellent reputation across multiple states. They offer a supportive, team- oriented work environment and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services to seniors. Candidate Profile: We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales Director with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within senior living, memory care or independent living settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing occupancy and maximizing community revenue, while also demonstrating outstanding customer service and communication skills. Creativity in marketing and an empathetic approach to working with seniors are essential. Key Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Management within Senior Living or Independent Living (required). Proven success in increasing occupancy rates and achieving revenue targets. Strong passion for working with seniors and delivering exceptional service. Creative marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain residents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Location: The community is located locally to San Jose, CA and commutable from Palo Alto, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, Fremont, Hollister and surrounding areas. Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a competitive base salary of $95,000 - $100,000, with the potential to earn $135,000+ OTE through commissions and bonuses.
