Your Role You'll be the face and voice of our company -- meeting homeowners, closing deals, and helping people transform their properties. We provide qualified leads, you bring the energy and closing power. Once you seal the deal, our expert crews take over and deliver the service. You will have help from all aspects of the business including training of all services we offer , closing deals and customer service will set you up on appointments. You will have direct help from one of the best landscape designers in the area Tom Gorski . Tom had over 15 years of experience and plays a large role in the success of the company. Services You'll Sell - Landscaping & Hardscaping - Spring & Fall Clean-Ups - Snow Removal - Fence Installations (a plus) - Christmas & Holiday Lighting - Tree Services (a plus) What We're Looking For - Hungry, self-motivated, and results-driven - Proven sales experience (landscaping knowledge = huge advantage) - Confident closer with excellent communication skills - Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented Must have your own vehicle and valid driver's license Work days Monday - Saturday 8am- 6pm some days might be longer some days might be shorter Guaranteed 3-5 appointment's per day so closing ratio is good Based in or near Rochester, NY Compensation Unlimited earning potential. This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity with monthly payouts. Top performers can earn $100,000+ per year -- your income is limited only by your drive.
