Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the appropriate insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong sales skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties * Conduct telemarketing calls to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients. * Engage in outside sales activities, meeting clients in person to discuss their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Analyze client information to recommend suitable insurance policies that align with their requirements and budget. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions within the sales administration system. * Provide ongoing support to clients by answering questions, addressing concerns, and facilitating policy changes as needed. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales or retail sales environments. * Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of generating leads and closing sales. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively. * Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. * High level of professionalism and integrity when dealing with clients and sensitive information.
