This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a strong sales drive and a proven track record in frontline sales. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities * Develop and maintain a robust referral network * Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships * Collaborate effectively as part of a small, dedicated sales team * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals consistently Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of frontline sales experience, preferably in insurance or related fields * Current Property and Casualty license is required * Experience working in an environment with weekly and monthly sales goals and willingness to perform in such a setting * Proven ability to generate leads and close sales independently * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Dependability and commitment to team success are critical Compensation & Benefits: * Base salary plus commission * Total compensation forecasted between $50,000 and $65,000 annually * Retirement plan with company match available after successful completion of a 90-day orientation period * Paid time off the first year after successful completion of a 90-day orientation period Additional Information: * This is an on-site position; remote work is not available * Flexible part-time or full-time schedules will be considered
