Overview

Welcoming all insurance agents in a position offering BASE SALARY + COMMISSION AND BONUS. We are a small independently run close knit insurance agency striving to help our community. We've been serving the Boca Raton community since 2018 and are looking to expand our team. We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Applicants with a background in restaurant serving or bartending historically excel in this position.

Responsibilities

- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop leads and establish a client base through networking and cold calling - Provide accurate information about insurance products to clients - Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs - Assist clients with claims processing and policy renewals - Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business - Stay updated on industry trends and regulations Skills - Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service - Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (multilingual) - Knowledge of insurance sales and benefits administration - Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients - Strong market knowledge to identify potential clients and market trends - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Outstanding customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
