Overview We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and possess excellent communication skills to help clients navigate insurance options effectively. Duties - Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals - Develop leads and establish new client relationships - Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs - Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' inquiries and concerns - Maintain accurate records of insurance policies and underwriting Requirements - Experience in insurance sales or related field is preferred - Strong negotiation skills to secure the best insurance deals for clients - Proficiency in sales administration and telemarketing techniques - Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds - Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $18,500.00 - $92,245.00 per year Expected hours: No less than 20 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pineville, LA 71360
