Role Mission : The Regional Sales role is responsible for securing profitable work within assigned geographic region by prospecting, building relationships, presenting proposals, and converting opportunities into awarded projects. This role expands Hewitt Young's presence and brand at the local market level. Core Responsibilities: * Build trusted relationships with strategic customer base including but not limited to GCs, owners, developers, integrators, industrial clients and municipalities. * Partner with Estimating and Preconstruction to deliver accurate, clear, and competitive proposals. * Support contract negotiation and ensure scope clarity to eliminate downstream surprises. * Serve as a professional and recognizable face of Hewitt Young within the region. * Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade associations to increase market visibility. * Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline forecasts, and monthly activity reports. Must Have Competencies: * Valid Drivers License and willingness to travel occasionally. * Minimum of 3 years experience in outside sales or business development experience in electrical contracting, construction, or related industry. * Proficient in Microsoft office suite * CRM knowledge and high organization in tracking pipeline activity. * Knowledge of construction scope, bids, proposals, and project lifecycles. * Needs to be willing to get involved in the Communities we serve. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
