Keller Williams Realty Professionals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the mission-critical role of Productivity Coach. This is an unparalleled opportunity to guide new and experienced agents into high production, leverage your expertise, and build a substantial, commission- based income with no ceiling. We are aggressively looking to fill this leadership role by the first of the year. The Opportunity This is a dynamic, commission-based contract position. Your income is directly tied to the success and growth of the agents in your program, offering unlimited income potential ( Location: This role requires an in-person commitment at our Portland, OR Market Center to provide direct support and coaching. Key Responsibilities (Action-Driven) The Productivity Coach is responsible for the accelerated production and accountability of agents across all experience levels. * Accelerate Production: Implement and enforce rigorous 30/60/90-day business plans, ensuring new agents execute the activities necessary to close their first transactions within 90 days. * Deliver High-Impact Coaching: Conduct consistent one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused exclusively on the key drivers of real estate success: lead generation, conversion, contract negotiation, and business planning. * Drive Accountability: Serve as the chief accountability partner, holding agents to performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly) using data-driven insights and KW systems (e.g., 411, GPS, Command CRM). * Model Expertise: Actively model and teach the best standards of practice, ethical conduct, and expert mastery of the local real estate sales cycle and contract process. * Cultivate Growth: Partner with Market Center leadership to develop and execute a robust training calendar that supports agent profitability and program expansion. * Lead Generation for Talent: Actively prospect and attract new talent to the coaching program, contributing directly to the Market Center's growth objectives. * Commit to Learning: Engage in continuous personal and professional development by attending all required advanced coaching training and national seminars (travel required, approximately twice per year). Required Qualifications * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of active real estate sales experience with a proven track record of successful transactions (20+ closed transactions preferred). * Expertise: Deep working knowledge of real estate contracts, negotiation strategies, and the full sales cycle (lead to close). * Leadership Drive: A strong desire and proven ability to mentor, influence, and motivate others to step out of their comfort zone and take massive action. * Commitment: Must be willing to work in the office daily to support new agents and participate in Market Center activities. * Systems Acumen: Proficiency with MLS and an ability to quickly learn and teach Keller Williams systems and technology (Command CRM).
