Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Project Coordinator (English & Spanish) with strong sales skills and basic knowledge of construction and remodeling. The ideal candidate will support the preparation of proposals and bids for government contracts, with a preference for experience in hospital projects. This role blends sales, project coordination, and administrative support, making it perfect for a motivated young professional eager to grow into a future Project Manager.

Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and bids for government projects. - Coordinate remodeling and construction projects, particularly in hospitals and commercial buildings. - Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers. - Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. - Support project schedules, budgets, and documentation. - Ensure compliance with bid requirements and local regulations. Ideal Candidate A dynamic, motivated young professional with excellent sales skills, eager to build a career in construction and remodeling project management. Bidding with hospitals is a plus. Pay: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
