Job Description IMKAT Homes is a fast-growing design-build ADU construction company serving Northern California. We are seeking an experienced, motivated ADU Sales Consultant to support our expanding Bay Area operations. This is a commission-only role with high-quality, company-generated inbound leads. The ideal candidate is a confident, consultative closer who understands construction-based sales and can guide homeowners through complex ADU projects from first meeting to signed contract. Responsibilities * Manage and respond to inbound homeowner leads. * Conduct on-site property evaluations to assess ADU feasibility, zoning requirements, and site conditions. * Educate clients on ADU options, design-build process, permitting timelines, and budget expectations. * Prepare and present accurate project estimates based on scope and site conditions. * Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimating, preconstruction) to ensure pricing accuracy. * Lead sales presentations, address objections, and guide clients toward confident decisions. * Negotiate and close contracts with clarity on scope, pricing, and timelines. * Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management to maximize close rates. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, real estate, construction, or home improvement consulting. * Familiarity with ADU projects, residential construction, or permitting processes (preferred). * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Comfortable selling high-value projects ($200,000+). * Ability to read and understand construction plans, scopes, and agreements. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple active leads. * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the Bay Area.
