Position Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying commercial insurance needs, and delivering tailored solutions to businesses of all sizes. You'll play a key role in expanding our client base across California. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and generate new commercial insurance leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling * Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate insurance coverage * Prepare customized insurance quotes and present them to clients * Close new business and ensure timely onboarding of clients * Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide policy servicing as needed * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and agency management systems Qualifications: * Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field * Active Texas insurance license (required) * Strong understanding of commercial lines products (e.g., general liability, commercial auto, property, workers' comp) * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus What We Offer: * Competitive base salary + commission structure * Ongoing training and mentorship * Supportive and ethical company culture * Career growth opportunities within our MGA and agency channels * Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options for the right candidate) Job Type: Permanent Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Experience: * Insurance sales: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * Property & Casualty License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * San Antonio, TX 78233 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * San Antonio, TX 78233: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
