Job description Hourly Pay + Commission AND Sales Bonus Opportunities OVERVIEW: CBN Rochester LLC is a local Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) looking to hire experienced/professional, motivated individuals with a passion for sales and business development to be part of our growing operation! We service the City of Rochester as well as all of the surrounding communities. Earn endless commission income signing up customers onto the fastest growing network throughout Western New York. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct outbound sales visits to potential customers in the designated market. Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote business development. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
