Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for helping clients find the best insurance solutions to meet their needs. As an Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and providing tailored policy recommendations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively position our products. This is a fast paced office with many earning options. Duties * Engage with potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing and outside sales efforts. * Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to recommend appropriate insurance products. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. * Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.
