We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help manage a high-volume of customer orders. This is a fast-paced, challenging position requiring a dedicated individual with experience in customer service and sales. Our Inside Sales Representatives have a lot of autonomy - they have the authority to place orders themselves and they work closely with our outside sales teams to ensure their collections goals are met. Responsibilities: * Identify and resolve the concerns of current and potential customers. * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Conduct market research and perform financial analysis. * Recommend solutions and provide advice. * Present and negotiate contracts with clients. * Negotiate price and terms of sale. * Complete all necessary paperwork. * Work as part of a team. * Provide mentoring to team members.'
