Full description of the position

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help manage a high-volume of customer orders. This is a fast-paced, challenging position requiring a dedicated individual with experience in customer service and sales. Our Inside Sales Representatives have a lot of autonomy - they have the authority to place orders themselves and they work closely with our outside sales teams to ensure their collections goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve the concerns of current and potential customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and perform financial analysis.
• Recommend solutions and provide advice.
• Present and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Negotiate price and terms of sale.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Work as part of a team.
