Location: Miami, FL 33125 Job Type: Full-time About Us: Equipment and Tools Solution (ETS Rentals & Repair) is a trusted equipment rental and repair company located in the heart of Miami. We're looking for a Rental Team - Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, customer service, and inside sales support. (We are willing to train!) *MUST HAVE A CLEAN RECORD Schedule: * Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM * Saturday: 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person * Assist customers with rental inquiries, quotes, and orders * Support inside sales and telemarketing efforts * Maintain and organize customer records and invoices * Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams * Handle general office and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Required 1+ year of customer service experience Strong communication and organizational skills Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, basic data entry) Team player with a positive attitude Reliable transportation Available for immediate hire Benefits: * Paid time off * Full-time, steady schedule * Supportive and friendly team environment Work Setting: * In-person at our Miami office * Must be able to commute or relocate to Miami, FL 33125 Learn more about us: [please apply online] Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Paid time off Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
