About Us

: Equipment and Tools Solution (ETS Rentals & Repair) is a trusted equipment rental and repair company located in the heart of Miami. We're looking for a Rental Team - Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, customer service, and inside sales support. (We are willing to train!)

• MUST HAVE A CLEAN RECORD Schedule:
• Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Responsibilities

:

• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Assist customers with rental inquiries, quotes, and orders
• Support inside sales and telemarketing efforts
• Maintain and organize customer records and invoices
• Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams
• Handle general office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

: Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Required 1+ year of customer service experience Strong communication and organizational skills Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, basic data entry) Team player with a positive attitude Reliable transportation Available for immediate hire
