About the Role: We are seeking an Account Manager to strengthen and grow our relationships with hospitals, clinics, and outpatient care centers nationwide. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and drive new business by following up on inbound leads. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and clinical teams to ensure customers receive tailored medical device solutions that meet their needs and deliver exceptional value. Duties/Responsibilities: * Own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts by building trusted relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving repeat business. * Proactively prospect, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term customers. * Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through quoting, order placement, and post-sale follow-up. * Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to deliver the right solutions and ensure smooth customer experience. * Develop and present customized proposals, cross-sell and upsell solutions, and support new product launches. * Maintain accurate account and pipeline activity in CRM system while forecasting revenue and tracking performance. * Stay closely connected with customers through regular check-ins, project updates, and proactive outreach to uncover new needs. Qualifications: * At least 1 year of experience within account management, inside sales, or business development role, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial products. * Bachelor's degree preferred, with preference given to Engineering or Business Administration majors. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills for building trust with customers and forming long-lasting relationships. * Comfortable working in CRM/ERP systems to manage pipeline, accounts, and forecasts.
