Due to the recent expansion of Car Keys Express, we are looking to hire a Car Key Customer Service Associate immediately in the San Jose area on their behalf. The Car Key Customer Service Associate is responsible for managing the on-site key production and programming and customer support during our promotional campaigns, so that customers may be provided convenience and ease as they shop. This mobile van operator and overall retail manager, will have a passion for sales, marketing, travel and a knowledge or experience in the automotive industry. Car Keys Express provides full, paid-training throughout and opportunities for van management. Responsibilities: * Programing keys, re-keying and cutting to code * Creating automotive keys and programming transponders * Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales * Manage on-site Inventory * Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Utilize your sales skills to generate new business and enhance customer retention. * Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and locksmithing techniques. * Travel to different regions, locally and beyond Qualifications: * Preferred but not required: previous experience in automotive, installation, sales or related field * Previous sales and customer service experience ideal, but not required - education is available * Must be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervision * Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised * Excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, enter/ exit other vehicles * Positive and professional demeanor * Family oriented and strong responsible values * The ability to wear more than one hat in a day / shift * Results and growth-oriented Offers: * Room for Growth: This is not just a job; it's a pathway to potential van ownership.
