About the Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping clients take the next step in their aesthetic journey. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, coachable, and motivated by performance-based earnings. You'll work with warm leads, follow a proven sales process, and be supported by structured training and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients
• Follow up via phone, text, email, and social platforms
• Book and confirm consultations
• Guide clients through services and pricing
• Consistently meet or exceed consultation goals
• Re-engage past leads and clients to increase retention
• Support scheduling and service-related inquiries What We 're Looking For
• 2+ years of sales experience with measurable results
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
• Confident communicator (phone, text, email)
• Organized, disciplined, and coachable
• Positive, team-oriented mindset Schedule & Availability
• Full-time/Part-time
• 3-4 extended weekdays (8:30 AM - ~7:30 PM as needed)
• Some Saturdays (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
• Flexibility is important due to client demand

Compensation

& Growth

• Base pay: $22/hour
• Training period (first 90 days): $18/hour
• Commission: $25 per $150 consultation sold
• Commission/bonus active from day one
• On-target earnings: ~$65,000 -$70,000/year for consistent performers This role offers clear earning potential and growth as the company scales.
