Position Summary The Project Manager / Sales Representative plays a key dual role in overseeing remodeling projects from concept to completion while also driving new business opportunities. This position requires strong construction and remodeling knowledge, design and blueprint interpretation skills, and the ability to guide both clients and internal teams through each phase of the process. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with excellent communication and sales abilities to ensure projects meet client expectations, company standards, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities * Estimate costs and prepare detailed project proposals and bids. * Manage remodeling projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. * Create, interpret, and explain blueprints and remodeling designs for clients and project teams. * Oversee quality assurance and confirm compliance with Oregon building codes and local regulations. * Complete all necessary permitting processes for residential and commercial projects. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house crews efficiently. * Provide education and guidance to clients and staff regarding materials, construction methods, and best practices. * Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients--providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities; build and maintain strong client relationships to support company growth. Requirements * Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or project management (5+ years desirable). * Ability to create, read, and interpret blueprints and remodeling designs. * Strong knowledge of Oregon building codes, construction regulations, and permitting processes. * Experience in quality assurance to ensure projects meet code and safety standards. * Understanding of insurance requirements related to construction and remodeling projects. * Proficiency in estimating project costs and preparing bids or proposals. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to teach and explain technical processes to clients and staff. * Experience using CRM systems and general computer software (Microsoft Office, project management tools, etc.). * Availability to work flexible hours as needed to meet project or client demands. Preferred Qualifications * Proficient in Spanish (preferred). * Previous experience in sales and project management within the remodeling or construction industry. * Familiarity with local suppliers, subcontractors, and permitting offices in Oregon, as well as the ability and availability to travel moderate distances as needed. * Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
