Meltpoint Plastics International, Inc. is a rubber and plastic custom profile extrusion manufacturing company and distributor of window and door hardware products. Meltpoint provides engineering assistance and manufactures extruded rubber and plastic profiles for multiple industries while remaining focused on fenestration (window, door, curtain wall, railing) applications. We are looking for a candidate to support our aggressive growth goals by developing new business and increasing sales within our current customer base. The candidate must have proven outside sales and travel for work experience. Location: Miami, Florida Job Function and Responsibilities: * Develop new customers using a focused market approach. New account goals should be met quarterly * Increase sales within an existing customer base, increase account penetration and additional services offered * Identify customer needs and requirements and develop a task-oriented plan on how to meet those needs and requirements * Communicate customer needs within the organization * Visit customers within the assigned customer base area (Florida) and expanding market locations. Local and out of office travel estimated at 70%. SKILLS: * Strong communication skills demonstrating the ability to present ideas clearly * Project management style approach for follow up and completion of new development work * Team player with the ability to work independently * Self-motivated and driven to begin and complete tasks * Able to make presentations in a confident and professional manner * Proficient in Office Suite * Experience with Auto-Cad or similar design software is a plus * Must speak and write proficiently in English. Spanish is a strong plus EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 5 years business to business experience or related industry work experience of 5 years or more with proven track record.
