New York Communications Group, a top-tier sales firm, is hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager in Rochester. Supporting our Frontier campaign, this professional role blends leadership, operational and sales management, and client coordination. The focus is on connecting Frontier's fiber and broadband solutions to Rochester's local communities through efficient, strategic communication-driven campaigns to meet high-performance sales targets. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will be trained to lead daily sales operations and team development. You'll assist in campaign execution, guide new hires, and ensure every client interaction meets our high standards. Your function as an Entry Level Assistant Manager is to serve as the critical bridge between strategy and logistics for the Frontier. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager: * Coordinate daily sales operations across teams, managing schedules, territory assignments, and campaign readiness at all service touchpoints. * Lead from the front and execute customer service and sales campaigns in an effort to effectively train Sales Agents and maximize the assigned territory. * Assist in training new hires on Frontier's product portfolio, outreach protocols, and CRM documentation standards. * Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve service accuracy, outreach quality, and operational efficiency. * Maintain CRM records of client interactions, service timelines, and team activity to support forecasting and campaign analysis. * Resolve service inquiries and internal workflow issues with urgency and precision to ensure seamless delivery across Frontier's network. * Collaborate with leadership to implement procedural updates, promotional rollouts, and territory expansion strategies aligned with Frontier's growth initiatives. Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Assistant Manager: * High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business administration, communications, or marketing is highly preferred. * Experience in team coordination, client support, or operations preferred--especially within telecom, retail, or service-based environments. * Highly organized and detail-oriented; skilled in managing documentation, schedules, and operational workflows with precision. * Strong communicator with a proactive mindset; supports team coordination and resolves challenges efficiently. * Experienced with CRM systems and performance tracking tools; interprets data to drive actionable improvements. * Works independently while collaborating across departments to meet campaign benchmarks and client deliverables.
