Our client, a Japanese semiconductor manufacturing company, is now looking for a Bilingual Japanese bilingual Material Control / Inside Sales. LocationFremont, CA - Remote/Hybrid (fully remote after the training period) Position Japanese bilingual Material Control / Inside Sales Compensation$26-29/hr plus benefit Hiring SyleFull-time, Hybrid/Remote Training will be onsite. However, after the training period, it will be remote work. Responsibilities: * Schedule shipments to ensure delivery by promised deadlines. * Receive orders and assign shipments to appropriate carriers. * Monitor inventory via an enterprise resource planning system or similar control system. * Assist outside sales representatives and/or engineers with order status inquiries and special customer needs. Qualifications: * Bilingual in Japanese and English (written and verbal); able to lead meetings and correspondence in both languages * 2+ years of experience in Sales Assistant, inventory management, logistics, or shipping * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience * Advanced knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office Excel.
