Job description Job Description: A Nationally owned Closets Company is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team! We are a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete custom line of closets ,home office furniture, garage cabinetry and more. Our current growth has an immediate need for an Assistant Sales Manager who will support and develop our in-home sales teams. This position is a full time management position. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team. This role will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager with the day-to-day operations and will be expected to provide support to the Sales Manager in their daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, management, or customer service and would like to work with a dynamic team of individuals who are passionate about helping people. A strong commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model and a positive approach towards goal achievement. Strong experience in coaching and mentoring commission-based salespeople preferred. This position has the opportunity to grow into the Sales Manager. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or related field preferred * Meet Productivity Goals by increasing closing ratio, lead appointment conversions, revenue per lead, and average sale * Showroom Walk-Ins & Off-Site Sales Calls * Recruit, coach, train, develop, and manage up to 30 Designers * Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a dependable vehicle * Daily Communication and Administrative Duties Skills: * Detail Oriented, Team Player, Organization Skills, Proficient with Office Products. * Effective Interpersonal skills to operate and communicate effectively * Time Management, planning, attention to detail, and meeting required deadlines.
