We are a growing insurance agency seeking a motivated and ambitious Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. While insurance experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual who brings strong sales skills, work ethic, and a desire to succeed. Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-up * Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and relationship building * Gather client information and assist in preparing insurance submissions * Present quotes and explain premiums, coverage options, and basic policy terms * Bind coverage and support the policy issuance process * Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales cycle * Track activity, pipeline, and sales progress accurately * Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth placement and servicing Requirements * Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License (Required) * Sales experience with a proven ability to close * Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outbound activity * Basic understanding of insurance premiums, quoting, and binding processes * Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities * Ambitious, coachable, and motivated by performance-based results What We Offer * Training and ongoing development * Competitive compensation structure * Opportunity for growth and advancement * Supportive, team-oriented environment * Access to established systems and sales support Why Join Us We value ambition, accountability, and drive.
