Qualifications * Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. * Familiarity with cold calling techniques and outbound sales strategies. * Proficiency in using sales support software and other digital tools. * Basic understanding of retail math concepts related to financing and pricing. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to help customers find the right vehicle. * Must possess a valid driver's license.
