Duties * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service. * Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market penetration. * Negotiate terms of sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions. * Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Experience * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. * Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with clients. * A keen interest in technology sales and business development is highly desirable. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
